Purchase Terms and Conditions

1. General terms and conditions

Skansen applies both the Swedish Consumer Sales of Goods Act and the Swedish Distance Selling Act. In order to complete a purchase, you must be of legal age or have a guardian’s consent.

2. Order

You will receive a written order confirmation by e-mail.

The order is binding upon receipt of the order confirmation.

Skansen reserves the right to refuse a purchase if the customer does not provide accurate personal information or otherwise violates or attempts to circumvent Skansen’s terms and conditions for ticket purchases. All orders are considered binding. If you have placed an order by mistake, you must contact us immediately.

3. Prices

All prices are quoted inclusive of Swedish VAT and in Swedish krona. Skansen makes reservation for VAT increases and other price changes over which we have no control.

4. Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Card payments are made via an encrypted connection to the DIBS payment service.

5. Delivery

Annual passes can be collected from Skansen during our opening hours. Annual passes must be collected within 30 days from the time of purchase. Other admission tickets are downloaded to your mobile phone. Click the link in the text message sent in connection with the payment and download the QR Code. Alternatively, print the ticket from the e-mail that is also sent in connection with the purchase.

9. Right of return/cancellation

The rules on the right of cancellation in the Swedish Distance Selling Act do not apply to event tickets. Therefore, once payment has been made, the customer is bound by their purchase. Lost tickets will not be replaced.

12. Security

Under no circumstances will we pass on any personal information to third parties without the consent of the person concerned. The same applies to e-mail addresses.

13. Reservations

Skansen makes reservation for any errors in content and prices.
